LANDesk Cloud Services Appliance 4.3 - Physical device
Problem/Issue/Symptoms
You need to restore your physical Cloud Services Appliance to its factory defaults.
Solution
Starting from the version 4.3, the Cloud Services Appliance doesn't present the option to be restored to its factory defaults during the boot process.
The way to restore the device is using the usb stick containing the image, the same needed to upgrade the device from version 4.2 to 4.3.
To request the usb stick, fill in the following form:
